2.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate:

Submission of contact and quotation request forms;
The general framework governing the provision of wedding planning services.
2.2. By accessing this website, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. The provision of wedding planning services is subject to a separate written agreement executed between the Service Provider and the client.

 

3. Nature of the Website
3.1. The website is intended for informational and promotional purposes.

3.2. Submission of a contact request or quotation form does not constitute a binding agreement.

3.3. No contractual relationship shall arise unless and until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.

 

4. Services
4.1. The Service Provider offers wedding planning and coordination services exclusively for events taking place in Portugal.

4.2. The scope, duration, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and cancellation policy shall be defined in the individual service agreement executed with each client.

4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service requests at her sole discretion, without obligation to justify such refusal.

 

5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients undertake to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.

5.2. Clients are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of event details provided;
Compliance with applicable legal requirements relating to their event;
Timely payment of agreed fees;
Contractual arrangements with third-party suppliers, where applicable.
5.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for disruptions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

 

6. Third‑Party Suppliers
6.1. Wedding planning services may involve coordination with third-party suppliers (e.g., venues, caterers, photographers, decorators).

6.2. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, contracts with third-party suppliers are entered into directly between the client and the supplier.

6.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;
Supplier insolvency;
Delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond her reasonable control.
6.4. The Service Provider acts as coordinator and intermediary, not as guarantor of third-party performance.

 

7. Fees and Payments
7.1. Fees for services shall be defined in the individual written agreement.

7.2. Unless otherwise agreed, all amounts are expressed in Euros (€).

7.3. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Portuguese tax law.

7.4. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

8. Cancellations and Force Majeure
8.1. Cancellation terms shall be defined in the service agreement executed with the client.

8.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Strikes
Venue closures
Supplier failure
Such events shall constitute force majeure.

 

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Texts
Images
Branding
Logos
Graphic elements
is protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

9.2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.

 

10. Image Use and Portfolio
10.1. Wedding photographs may be published on the website and social media channels where prior explicit consent has been contractually obtained from clients.

10.2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of such images by third parties is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.2. Liability, where legally admissible, shall be limited to the amount effectively paid by the client for the services in question.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under mandatory Portuguese law.

 

12. Data Protection
12.1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12.2. By submitting personal data, users acknowledge that such processing is necessary for pre‑contractual and contractual purposes.

 

13. Website Availability
13.1. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
