Quinta do Outeiro Rocaille, Portugal
This destination wedding in Portugal brought together two cultures in a seamless and deeply meaningful way. The bride and groom, both American, with the bride proudly embracing her Indian roots, entrusted We Do I Do’s with the full planning and coordination 12 months prior to the celebration.
From the very beginning, our role was to lead the entire process with clarity and structure. Together with the couple, we visited and carefully evaluated approximately nine venues, guiding them through each decision until the ideal location was found.
Accommodation was thoughtfully organised across three different properties, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests, while maintaining a cohesive experience throughout the weekend.
Around 20 suppliers were involved, all fully managed and coordinated by We Do I Do’s — from logistics and timelines to supplier communication and on-site coordination.

The brides — one English, one Portuguese — both living in the UK, chose Portugal to celebrate their wedding surrounded by family and friends travelling from different countries. We Do I Do’s was entrusted with the planning and full coordination, including a welcome dinner on the eve of the wedding.
On the wedding morning, preparations took place simultaneously in different locations. Our team coordinated multiple hair and makeup teams, bridal morning schedules, photographers, transport logistics and venue preparations — ensuring that both brides experienced calm, joyful and well-paced mornings.
The ceremony was carefully choreographed — from guest flow and celebrant positioning to the ceremonial procession and music cues — allowing the moment to unfold naturally and emotionally.
From the first arrival to the final dance, every transition, timing and special moment was thoughtfully managed by our team, allowing the brides and their guests to be fully present.
